Provider: Porterfield Services LLC
Rentee: ________________________
Date: ________________________
Equipment: Hydration Station Drinking Fountain (V1)
This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Porterfield Services LLC ("Provider") and the individual or entity identified above ("Rentee"). Provider and Rentee may collectively be referred to as the "Parties."
1. RENTAL OPTIONS & UTILITY CONNECTIONS
Rentee must select and adhere to one (1) of the following configuration options for the duration of the rental period:
Option 1: Standard Connection System (Rentee-Powered): Rentee shall provide a standard 110v electrical plug and a standard exterior water supply connection (e.g., standard garden hose line). Provider will supply the necessary hoses and power cords.
Option 2: Self-Sufficient System (Limited Availability): System is powered via an electric generator and utilizes an internal water container system. The system will arrive empty and must be completely emptied by the Rentee prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Provider technicians will be available to fill internal tanks strictly within a predetermined timeframe or capped number of fill-ups.
Water Pressure Advisory: Provider strongly advises against utilizing over 100 feet of hose at any time. Lengths exceeding 100 feet risk a loss in PSI, resulting in inconsistent water pressure.
Connection Availability: Rentee must ensure all required utilities and connections are fully accessible to Provider technicians at the exact drop-off and pick-up times designated in Section 2.
2. LOGISTICS & TECHNICIAN SERVICES
Delivery & Collection Radius: Provider will deliver and collect the units within a 25-mile range at no additional charge.
Technical Setup: Provider's team will connect, disconnect, and bleed the plumbing lines before and after use.
Scheduled Timeline:
Drop-off Date & Time: _______________________________________
Pick-up Date & Time: _______________________________________
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT, LIABILITY, & TRAILER SECURITY
Refundable Deposit: Rentee shall provide a refundable security deposit in the amount of $____________ to secure against any potential loss, components missing, or physical damages.

Lock & Key Access: Rentee will have access to the exterior locks only. The internal compartment locks are strictly reserved for Provider use.
4. ADD-ONS, SUPPORT, & MAINTENANCE HOURS
Add-On Equipment: Any extra features or add-ons inside the trailer are available at an additional cost and must be applied exclusively by the Provider's team.
On-Site Event Servicing: Technicians are available for active servicing during the duration of the event if requested and arranged prior to delivery.
Support Availability: Provider's team will be available during normal business hours for standard assistance. Support requests made after normal business hours are available but may be subject to an additional service fee.
